       @vbuterin is delay an option which in view in impossible but monopoly also looks difficult considering  developments around with not many controllable .US AI is certainly will have duopoly but many countries like India ,China and many more will have their own AI .

       @vbuterin neither of these is feasible. This is an arms race type scenario. Cartel agreements between power brokers only serves to kneecap participants to the benefit of those that don't participate. You might think it is unfortunate, but this process cannot be slowed down.
