       Pat and I were just marveling at how expensive some of the Christmas trees are in the Hammacher Schlemmer catalog (no idea why the company sent us a catalog) — $2,200 for the most expensive one! Inconceivable!It's big, 12 ft, and I said, "where would someone even store it?"Pat said, "Store it? At $2,200 that thing stays up all year!" 🤣

       @grammargirl Hopefully you'll have better luck with your bird tenants than we've had with our bird visitors. Sure they frequently enjoy seeds and nuts from our feeder, but we have yet to get a cent of rent from them.
