       If the school is Palestinian school with Palestinian students inside, it's morally acceptable from the first moment. If the shooter is Israeli, then he's a sick person who need help and shall be treated accordingly. No shooting or bombing are allowed. The poor soul is just confused. If the shooter is Palestinian and the school is Israeli, bombing it is not an option no matter what. The shooter should be killed by the most competent sniper we have. Otherwise, we'll just negotiate the situation with the shooter. It's not complicated. It's actually very easy issue to solve.
