@wjmaggos I have to say "None of These". I can't see it happening because there's money to be made in 1 and most likely 2 (once they got more VC money in the case of Bluesky), and 3, journalists have made their bed to bow down to his feet especially most news and sports media.

Sadly @wjmaggos I predict those centralised platforms will never (while they are owned by wealthy techbros) decentralise or federateand the journalists who leave X will mostly go to BlueSky because they think it's what they want.

@wjmaggos 47% of the poll respondents are a lot more optimistic about journalists leaving X than I am.Just under a year ago Musk suspended 10 journalist accounts because they posted links he didn't like (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/December_2022_Twitter_suspensions). They were eventually un-suspended.Out of those 10, 9 are still active _now_, after that, and after everything else that's happened since then. If being blocked capriciously by the site owner over speech he doesn't like doesn't cause you to quit, what will?

@wjmaggos I wish I were seeing a big flood of journalists leaving X, but too many of them are staying even now. đMeanwhile, Bluesky is already taking its first steps towards decentralizing; they recently opened a new (team-only) instance for testing.Donât know or care about anything Threads does. đ¤ˇââď¸
