       @dismantl It's county by county, and mostly (if not all) county based. Like you won't get the state police through a 911 text. They'll send you the number and ask you to call the agency directly.

       @jimkreft My hope that a county officer would intervene so the child would not get struck by a car. ACAB and car-centric whatever, walking here is a terrible choice and I question the good judgement of any guardian who would try to walk a small child here with the direction of traffic. I couldn't assist directly so I did the next thing available to me.
