The reporter states that as if there’s something wrong with that. 🤦🏼‍♂️Some are so oblivious.        @markquestion  I thought the same thing.  Also thought, why did the home owner not chase down the other intruder as the intruder approach the fence and then climed over it.   I know that is not proper from a legal stand point. but he is still on your property.I'm good ay giving verbal commands.  Most people think I'm in law enforcement.    It's how you word your commands. We'll let them do a feild Investitgation and both of us will adhere to the Officer's conclusion.  Agreed?" If they say yes, that is great.  If they say no, then I start adding violations.  It always works for me.Will it work now with the craziness, doubt it.
