I'm making egg salad, and it just occurred to me that since mayonnaise is made with egg yolks, I'm essentially making eggs with egg sauce.

@grammargirl Eggs Benedict: toast, ham/bacon, optionally some spinach, two poached eggs, and because that's not enough eggs add sauce hollandaise from at least two more eggs. 🤷♂️

@grammargirl Egg maionaise sandwich has the same problem! Still, the best thing to have is a three egg egg-maio sandwich with crispy bacon is you're going to have a nice long walk!

@grammargirl Hahahahahaha I laugh out loud. As much as my mother loved Mayo that's how much I hate it and my perception of it was always egg sauce yes indeed. That was funny.
