I need your advice. I enjoy sharing photos I've taken, and until a few days ago, I've been posting them on this profile. However, I've recently created a new profile on the Pixelfed instance photolovers.net and started posting them there. @stefano At this early stage in the #fediverse it probably doesn't matter.But if this thing really grows it's probably fairer to admins to keep heavy graphics on the sites where the admins signed up for that.Right now almost any sizeable server should be fine with the bandwidth requirements of hosting graphics.

@michaelgalassi I don't think I'll ever monetize my photos, I'm just an amateur. I was just afraid of annoying people with unrelated things (people in IT uninterested in my photos, people interested in photos but annoyed by my tech posts, etc.). So I like your point.

@stefano I think you can keep one account for all because your #photos, #thoughts, #IT, #music… are part of you. If you are not searching for monetizing one of them (photos for example), no need to separate them.
