One of my favorite condiments to make/use has no name, to me. I hope it can be identified. I had a roommate whose family is from Indonesia. But, they hail from Pakistan. They were forcibly moved many many moons ago, but that's a story for a different day. The "sauce" in question is equal parts lemon juice and a high quality soy sauce. But the kicker is is that it's filled with thinly slices shallots and hot chiles. My chile of choice is fatalii. I was told it was a family recipe.

P.S. the heat level needs to be habanero level heat at least.

@Wyatt@fosstodon.org If I make something that spicy for my Indo gf, she complains its too spicy for her, but the base idea sounds good. I'll try to make that sauce for her but with regular rawit, and on the heat level of said rawit.
