       @alexelcu Agreed, we've come far and tend to forget that. =)Also computers are actually _very_ fast nowadays even if some people writing software that makes them feel slow. ;-)

       @alois I find it somewhat amusing that some people want to “well, actually” a feel-good tweet about a programming language.Developers are a tribal bunch. I love it, as otherwise it wouldn't be so much fun 😃

       @alexelcu you can talk to me directly if you have a problem with anything I've written instead of using this weird prose style?Maybe that's because I'm autist but I don't understand why you mention me directly and then use "some people" to refer to my actions?Is that a rthetoric trick to make me feel weak?So in case it was not clear and I got misunderstood: I was pointing out your lack of open-mind and ability to think out of the box by saying that, no tribes here, I'm on my own.

       @alois I was referring to your quote, but I used the plural, as I got more than one reply in the same spirit. This is also not even related to Scala, as whenever I say something positive about a programming language (and I like several), there's a high probability for disagreement.I'm not denying your experience, although I'm not familiar with it.
