       Someone asked for vegetarian PHO 🍜 at the round table. Pho is beef broth soup made from beef femur 🦴 bones . How exactly can it be vegetarian? Is that just msg and bean sprouts?

       @MartinDeLaToot sure but the broth is made from boiling down beef bones for hours. It’s bone broth soup. Take away the bones it’s just ginger garlic and onion broth. I think the Vietnamese are marketing a fraud on these vegans

       @MartinDeLaToot they do have lots of vegetarians in Vietnam cause of the Buddhist influence. Vegan Pho reminds me of vegan leather
