#Introduction post!Oh hi! I'm looking to make connections with other people, possibly then eventually meet and do some expeditions together out in the real world at some point. Also, would love to see what others are doing.Very much into #street, #stilllife, #wildlife, #nature, #landscape, #photography. Have been trying to get into #portrait photography but I'll admit, I am a little shy doing portraits because I am very critical of my own photos. Also been wanting to get into #astro too~

For the gear curious, I shoot with Nikon (D)SLRs currently (F-mount system). I try not to focus too much on the gear; but I have been known to get a little GAS (Gear Acquisition Syndrome) sometimes.I am also a bit of a #lensjunkie and have, a few too many lenses. :)I'll be posting my backlog of photos for the next few weeks, I won't post more than six photos a day, so hopefully that won't be too spammy for most. 💜

@ashqinmoe what nikon do you use to take your photos ?The 99 % of my pics are taken with my smartphone (Huawei Mate 20 with Leica opticals). The other 1% of my pics are taken with multiple cameras: CANON EOS 70D, GOPRO HERO 7 BLACK, and LUMIX DMC-TZ80

@antoine3141592 I switch between my D850 (still life, portrait, urban) and D500 (street, wild life) for digital photos, for I also have a old film camera that works with the same lenses, the Nikon F4. The most important thing for me is my lenses than the camera bodies.EOS 70D is a fantastic camera, I've used one previously and found it really enjoytable ot use.I haven't handled a DMC-TZ80 before, but I hear the lens it comes with is top class? and compact form factor makes it great.

@antoine3141592 I think smartphones are really great cameras these days; your photos demonstrate some of that. The best camera is the one that you've got. 💜 But on a more serious note, they seem to be evolving in a different direction to traditional cameras and I think they're extremely viable choices. I hadn't heard of the Mate 20 before and I'm going to look it up... It having Leica glass intrigues me. :)
