Remember how I said I had a meeting booked with my ISPs manager to deal with my connection issues, well turns out the meeting was booked but the idiot who booked it even after telling me the time the meeting was scheduled for didn't actually attach the time to the support ticket

After probably 4 total hours 3 support tickets and getting very annoyed I finally got to talk to someone with a brain who can go a little off script. Turns out the problem was a toggle in my modem settings that got enabled after a firmware update, now I have my full speed.
