       I'm not typically the person to what-about in such situations, but if you're angry that completely random people are not expressing their opinion on a matter you're affected by, perhaps you should be setting an example. The other war is still ongoing. And so are many other wars in other parts of the world.But that aside, no, nobody is obliged to immediately respond and talk about every single human rights crisis. You cannot just power through mental barriers if the cause is deemed worthy enough. To say nothing of the fact that online strangers have no idea what these people are doing offline or on their other accounts.
