       @louis I have, for a little while now, started using a userscript [1] that automatically redirects youtube.com links to yewtu.be (or other Invidious instances). This is arguably the best way to access Youtube ever since these new, idiotic restrictions.1. https://git.sr.ht/~grtcdr/dotfiles/tree/main/item/qutebrowser/.local/share/qutebrowser/greasemonkey/invidious.js

       @dekkzz76 YouTube increased its "warnings" every day until now they completely block playing any videos with the YouTube Enhancer (which is also an ad blocker).Since today the YouTube page doesn't even load 50% of the time with the Enhancer enabled.Invidious instances still seem to work, so I think it's time to create an account there and move my subscriptions over.The world needs alternatives! 🙂

       @louis @dekkzz76 Louis Rossmann and his company released an app call GrayJay to follow creators on their various platforms. Unfortunately it's Android onlyhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5DePDzfyWkwI've been using it. It's a nice alternative to NewPipe

       @louis just update ad-blocking filters. If there is no such functionality – switch to uBlock Origin (because youtube changes their ad patterns several times a day and there is a special filter list in uBlock Origin called "uBlock filters – Quick fixes")
