@clive seems like there’s a bunch of half attempts to solve within Chrome itself (journeys/memories/collections). The History DB that chrome uses is sync’d to your account - meaning Chrome mobile browsing goes to the same desktop store, which makes it a lot more viable for me…

@clive maybe someone can develop a taxonomic standard then many people can create their own categorical trees, then someone else can index them and develop a new ranking algorithm that can further filter out good from bad, but not based on the Google system. A new way to rank.

@clive A few days of regular Kagi use and I’m impressed. It doesn’t provide an endless stream of results, but who really needs that anyway? It typically finds what I’m looking for right away. It’s worth a look. I’m also a fan of their “Small Web” feature, which is kind of like Stumble Upon but for blogs.
