trans care is so bad that even if you have shit tons of money you’re liable to end up at a clinic run by a capo transsexual who’ll deny you the life saving medication you’ve been taking for a year because you didn’t do your blood test *right on time* while you only have a week of the meds left. WPATH guidelines as they are enacted at this place treat estradiol like a dangerous controlled substance. it’s disgusting.

like, worst case im taking a little too much or im passing off some of it to a community medi-cabinet, and in either case literally no one’s life is in danger in any way whatsoever. this shit is so fucking harmless to put in your body that you’ll even just stop taking it if it’s not working out for you. it’s literally the opposite of addictive/abusable. anyhow, anyone reading this knows that already most likely.

@teh_dude That sounds incredibly frustrating. You can just go to a pharmacy and buy hormones like melatonin and vitamin D, and no one bats an eye.

@tek and let me tell you, waking up in the middle of the night tripping out on melatonin is so much worse than waking up in the middle of the night to having boobs
