@8bit what if that meat got fed a constant diet if soy and oils instead or real feed? I read you eat more than enough oily fats if it came from conventional lots that you should not eat any other oils or fats.

@CapitalB I guess we do not know enough on how cows or ruminants process oils. There is a pretty big difference between big ag grain fed meat and small farm grass fed meat. There is much more fat in the grain fed meat. More fat = more energy (liver decides on what to make). People do quite well on a carnivore diet no matter where they purchased the meat. In my opinion, the over consumption of carbs and veg oils are causing this epidemic. Healthy user bias is causing the issue with this study.
