@sgsterp @EliMGold That's a fair point. The savagery Hamas has already demonstrated would make one doubt that hostages will survive captivity for very long. Go when ready, hostages or no.

@EliMGold Release all hostages immediately!!Release 2- Release 2 a bunch of crap! How do we know how many are alive? Tortured, ect! Maybe some are praying for a quick death. It’s difficult. I’ve been trying to stay focused. @EliMGold Sane people cannot reward hostage taking. However, they should try to find the hostages and recover them alive if possible, using their best means. Once those best means have been exhausted, there's nothing left to do but eliminate all of Hamas, including its leader anyone else that isn't in Gaza or fleed Gaza.

@EliMGold The longer it takes, the more Israel looks weak (true or not) in the face of hostage taking, & the more hostages will be taken & killed. It's probably best for Israel to explain how Israel was never going to negotiate with hostage takers, but they've failed that by posting notes asking where the hostages are, but they could at least limit that by not allowing communications to affect their behavior from now on. The last thing anyone should do is be nicer because of hostage taking.

@EliMGold I wish I could have an opinion on this that meant anything, but here's my two and a half cents.Israel must take all steps necessary to prevent the regrouping/military reinforcement/resupply of Hamas. Including tunnel destruction.Cut them off completely from everything except manually inspected and heavily supervised humanitarian aid.Beyond that, whatever waiting game is necessary may make perfect sense.

@kwinther78 @EliMGold It’s not that. I ask forgiveness because I have shut part of my heart off. I don’t want to hear about others who are suffering because the people who did this will never stop. We are at war. Can’t have a soft heart. I guard myself by not reading about it. They’ve done the unthinkable. No turning the other cheek. It’s hurts to have to think/ feel this way. It’s a twisted world. I’m not feeling very Christian at this present time.
