@lccmv @Pinballgypsy Molly Ringwald was playing the separated mother of Archie Andrews, from the Archie comic books on Riverdale for the past seven seasons. It was an occasional redhead cameo part but when Luke Perry who was playing Archie's dad died they wrote it into the story and made her a regular to take over. IRL she got married, raised some kids, and sang with her blind jazz musician father. Don't think she acted much but check IMDB.

@Pinballgypsy I have a complicated relationship with Boomers. On one hand, many of them understand the value of hard work and may be the last generation that internalized the Protestant work ethic for better or worse. On the other hand, they're completely blind to anything outside their assumptions, and God help you if you try to communicate racial politics to them. They might've been the generation to successfully think "post-racially" for lack of better word. Gen-Xers are a different story. Despite the rich, irony and sardonic culture they ushered in, they're absolute spiritual niggers. The non-libtards don't have real values apart from fulfilling their base pleasures and only react when that supply of dopamine hits (be it from drugs, cheap sex, etc.) is threatened. And the libtards are the absolute worst of Janissary scum. I love their popular culture, but I hate the people.

After that they spent their time fostering even greater evils in the generations that came after.Gen X were too apathetic to reverse course.
