I've been feeling overcommitted, stressed, and anxious. So what did I just do? I listened to a video on 2x speed to try to cram in some info before lunch. Genius move. Listening to someone talk at 2x speed is a gReAt way to relax.

@grammargirl After having my summers destroyed by an update to a Quicken book for more than 10 years in a row, I finally gave up the book and let someone else revise it. I was done. Since then, I've said no to a lot of things I just didn't really want to do. My advice: choose carefully. Keep the things with the best payback or most potential for future earnings/development. Say no to the freebies you really don't have time for.
