So far, this game has been pretty solid from the Bears. Long of hard running football and keeping pressure off Bagent. I would like to see him stretch the field a bit more than he has #SportsBall #ChicagoBears #NFL

@therealahall lifelong Bears fan here too. I'm not interested in more old school Bears offense where it's all running and screen passes for 4 yards. not in this era of officiating tilted towards passing. Justin made it seem like we might join the modern NFL, but imo they did not design the offense around his skills. winning with Bagent gives us reason to go back to the crap that kept us .500 and frustrated every Monday morning. ugh.

@wjmaggos 100000% agree that the coaching staff did not design an offense for Fields to thrive. Even with him, they are still doing a ton of check downs and screens. I don't think Bagent is necessarily the answer, but it was nice to see someone who looked confident under center as opposed to the deer in headlights looks Fields has had most of this season.

@therealahall cause he learned to play a different kind of football and excelled at it and they put him in this manage the game crap. nothing feels right to him. he had to run a lot more last season than he ever did in college. he's great at the long ball which takes time for WRs to get down field. which requires an OL. I'll agree he's still slow to read defenses but that's at least partially due to expecting constant pressure.
