@Shadowman311 @Turdicus let's forget about the demographics of prisons changing in a draft-dodging scenario and remember that the US penal system at the federal level is overcrowded (operating at 103% capacity iirc) and the state systems don't fair much better (with some operating in a much worse overcrowding state than the federal ones). even just adding draft dodgers at the rate of tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands in extremely short time is going to turn your average prison into a insurgent's cell if its prisoners can get riled around someone charismatic enough.
