@Dan_Ramos been doing A for 13 years, nursing. Did 4:30am to 6 or 7pm as operator of a processing plant at a sand mine for like 6yrs. That shift sucked. Not on the list though. 😆😂

@Dan_Ramos I did shift work one summer- 7 days 5AM to 1PM- 3 days off- 7 days 1PM to 9PM- 3 days off- 5 days 9PM to 5AM- 3 days offSo you get 9 days off every 4 weeks, no OT.My first day of work was on the 5th of July at 5AM. Nasty after trying to sleep with fireworks going off.But it was great for going places on the "weekends".

@Dan_Ramos Worked A and E most of my career, although we didn't get paid for lunch so it went 9 hours. Worst was getting a call at 14:49 that ends up running until 23:00.

@Dan_Ramos 7 PM to 7 AM - 7 days every 2 weeks for a total of 84 hours. M, TUE and F, SAT and SUN one week and then W and THU the other. 3 day weekend every other weekend and 20 hours of overtime built into the schedule for a little extra money. A little tired on the long week but 5 days off the next week to recover. Only problem is that they always seem to schedule the meet ups on my weekend to work.

@Dan_Ramos if you get off after 3 p.m. in my city, traffic is murder. I get off at 2. I don't like any of those shifts.
