       @MishaalRahman @AssembleDebug How about...Does it show me the full destination of the QR code and give me the option to continue to the destination (or not if I thing it might be malicious)??Others do this. I find this a required feature now that I've experienced it.

       @muntashir @MishaalRahman There is no reason behind it, Google actually list the activity name as Platform Barcode Scanning. Calling it "Android's Platform Barcode Scanning" changes the meaning though and feels like it's directly from AOSP.
