@kaia isn't their ad revenue like $1/1000 views? (if that since youtube's gone nuts with demonizing and probably cut down that since). If I threw a single dollar to their patreon I'd pay for like a lifetime of my views. I know youtube premium or whatever is a thing but I feel like creators don't see any of that money, i'd be more inclined to pay per view of creators of content I actually like

@kaia If I am never going to click on an ad, then I am costing everyone in the industry money by letting ads load and it is costing me money in electricity to see the ad. It is more ethical for me to block them completely, and save everyone electricity and money.
