       @tea Introducing my new teapot 🫖: a kyusu hiragata made by Shukei. Hiragata means it is a low profile, flat and wide format kyusu. It allows leaves to open well even with very little water and it should help with temperature control too, given the high surface area in contact with air and clay.I hope I can use it soon to test these claims and, of course, for a spectacular sencha.
