@stux It might actually not be a bad thing, it could give additional secrecy to defence systems deliveries right now. Remember that the public at large just wants "entertainment action", but Ukraine needs patience, time and perseverance. As long as the military equipment keeps coming through, they might not need too much media coverage right now.Too much media coverage about "stalemate", "slower than expected counteroffensive" over and over again is not helpful either.Hard to tell..? 🤷

@stux in terms of suffering though... Israel has killed more kids in a week in Gaza than 18 months of the Ukraine war....Just to put the scale of disaster the Palestinians are now facing into perspective.

@stux The worst can still happen. If USA pulls out of Ukraine, effectively splitting NATO, China will get the best condition, to try to get Taiwan. What that would mean for normal people, not many understand.

@stux some people make argument like "look at Israel, they don't need to rely on USA to defend themselves". Don't also forget that Ukraine's enemy is one of the biggest armies in the world. It doesn't make them competent, but military might does not compare to hamas.

@stux I am very disturbed by this. It's the most consequential part of the Russian invasion of Ukraine and Putin has succeeded in his information warfare by starting another conflict.
