It is strange and disturbing to see so many posts on social media that deny it's a war crime to stage a surprise attack on civilians (including murders, kidnappings, and rapes) or to starve out a civilian population (by cutting off electricity, food, and water).These are both obviously war crimes and should be discussed as such.https://www.justsecurity.org/89403/the-siege-of-gaza-and-the-starvation-war-crime/

@maxkennerly Yup!I think in this case both are the aggressors but also the victims. No matter what war, by whom or whatever they believe, killing civilians is a war crime and should be punishedI find it a bit hard to root for a gov that seems to wants to use "revenge" as main goal no matter who's in the way..."Don't let the demon make a demon out of you"

@stux @maxkennerly Ukraine is leading the way currently with no one as a close second. I believe the US is in there with the rest of our allies but there is a lot of catching up and rectifying that needs to be done before any of them hold a candle to Ukraine. Slava Ukraini!

And it's not even a short notice: the Gaza strip inhabitants knew already on Saturday that IDF will go hardcore. I visited Jerusalem back in the end of nineties, and there was a big explosion in a touristic place. A couple of hours later, we heard music and fireworks from East Jerusalem. They were celebrating till late evening.Sorry pals, too many Palestinians support the terrorism.
