@coolboymew i haven't watched JJK yet, i decided i am watching it when Season 2 stops airing.personally i think CSM cannot ask for better treatment it got for the anime, i know the direction was a bit controversial (esp on the japanese side), i am honestly all for how they directed CSM

@themilkman I dunno man, I agree with the Japanese side. Some of the problems comes from the fact that it's a long prologue, but the director absolutely misunderstood the material by focusing a tad too much on the drama when the entire point is that Denji is an ass that can't read the room. Ultimately focusing too much on Himeno's death, a character we barely had time to even appreciate, making the whole thing seems way more forced than it should've been
