       Interesting fact for fans of both a liveable planet and electronic music, like me. The Welsh government’s Minister for Climate Change, Julie James, who is responsible for Wales’ progressive environmental policies - blanket 20mph speed limits, no new roads policy etc - and the electronic music pioneer Richard D James (aka Aphex Twin), are sister and brother.
