The reflection concerning the UI somewhat destroyed the way we were used to develop the app.We do know this is important for you and we would like to fix it. But there is no magic solution on our end (otherwise everyone would be happy). We are happy that you appreciate features, but unhappy to have a bad UX. We are turning around unfortunately.

@appsI can imagine the way you feel. Relax, take some breath and you'll see everything is going to be ok.

@appsI'm still not getting this whole thing, the UI is pretty solid in most things, with the only UI being (heavy quotes) ""outdated"" in the DMs, and even then I don't really have any problem with it.Just add some corner radius to make it rounded, it's gonna be sleek and modernI'm a lay person when it comes to design, though, so I might be totally wrong. The app looks phenomenal in my eyes

@appsI like what you've done with the app thus far. Keep doing what you're doing. It's solid.

@appsThe UX is quite ok for me. If you can invest some time into streamlining the development process and sharing the workload more easily among those involved, rather do that first.

@apps I kind of liked the UI when I used Fedilab.Especially the choice to load new toots from top or bottom, it's the only app that offers it.I moved to Tusky then, but only because Fedilab frequently lost my reading position and started over from the top.

@apps What's the context here? Fedilab's UI/UX is great imho (aside from the crashes...).

@apps Speaking only for myself: I like Fedilab's UI/UX and the rich feature set that it is unearthing from the galore possibilities #ActivityPub offers 👍When its UX is weird/unexpected in corners, I attribute that to software bugs, not to the UI.Take it easy, keep on rockin'🤩

@apps I also want to add to the other voices here: The user experience I've had on FediLab has been the best of any app I've tried for Mastodon. Certainly there's always room for improvements, but I find the current UI both intuitive and well-styled

@appsNo, no, please don't touch the UI. It's intuitive and neat. If you change the UI, people will use other tools but Fedilab, but the people complaining about UI won't come back.I like to use Fedilab because of the UI (and your upright efforts to keep it running), not in spite.

@appsWhat should the style of Fedilab be based on?
