@BrodieOnLinux I still find a few things not ideal in Wayland so that is why I have X11 on my desktop with KDE. Mainly remote access issues is what I'm concerned about. On my Pinebook I have used Wayland for years with KDE. Generally, if the GPU is not Nvidia or AMD or Intel, I think Wayland is probably working better. Wayland has a better input system as well, especially trackpad support.Steam Deck uses both, it's actually pretty neat to see Gamescope now supporting HDR and variable refresh rate. When these features come to regular desktops, I will probably switch.

@BrodieOnLinux I still run Xorg with bspwm simply because I find the input lag of Wayland off-putting and Sway still hasn't been updated to support the new tearing protocol, so I will have to wait for a while for this to get addressed. Until then, bspwm will be my choice.
