Are there any good resources describing how and in what ways #OpenSource is (or should be) considered a #FourthSector activity?I've seen @webmink's article on the matter on https://blog.opensource.org/modern-eu-policies-need-the-voices-of-the-fourth-sector/, but when googling around, I'm struggling at finding other resources discussing these ideas...

@sjnI have not seen any yet. I thought I had coined the term for a while and then found the earlier campaign, but it seems stalled. Let me know if anything shows up!

@webmink I like the term "For-Benefit Enterprise" and see that some of the pages out there mention PIR as an example of this. But nothing about #Policy language that is tailored for cross-border heterogeneous volunteer-driven ventures like one finds in #OpenSource communities. To me, it seems there's a legislative void here, that a first-mover could use to quickly attract highly competent, self-motivated, and tech-savvy individuals to their legislation.
