Y’know, at least she’s looking for an “ex bad boy”. She doesn’t want some “nice guy”. She wants someone fun and wild like her who’s looking to quiet down a bit. I get the joke, but after a while it gets old. Maybe it’s just that so many people who know nothing about me call me “ruined”. Even to this day. Even though I managed to get happily married in my early 20s and have a house full of children and live that cliche “good woman” life folks are always preaching about. But I’m “ruined” and “no decent guy would ever want me”. Getting that lecture from some online stranger while holding my fourth newborn (all with my husband after we were married) kind of spoils the “ruined woman” narrative for me a bit.
