@rich Bear in mind I spend a LOT of my time reading about the worst people in history, and I paid a visit to the Dachau memorial a few weeks ago. This shit stays fresh inside my head.

@rich It's rough. The wrought iron gate at the entrance has the slogan. They started using it within weeks of taking power in 1933.

@rich yeah, it's super fucked up. Dachau is a pleasant little community on the outskirts of Munich, like Port Perry or Port Credit. And it's not even hard to find within the village proper. The SS made it a point of pride to show them (the early camps) off in the newspapers.
