@clive Nice! We have panels on the back of our house that we installed around the same time you did yours, but ours are not visible from the street and honestly, I think they look cool, but they are flat on the roof.

@artcollisionsI have panels flt on the roof too, installed in early 2020 and half of them were pummeled by the tennis ball sized hail. Couple of weeks ago....@clive

@clive This is great. I’ve been thinking about how my design aesthetics have been changing as we try to adopt greener practices by converting our landscaping to native plants and vegetables. Hope to have solar panels soon.

@pterrymc @clive I found wind turbines to be really ugly at first, but in the end, strip mining, deserts or dead trees from wildfires are far worse. And the huge power poles we have here everywhere aren’t better looking either. So I now prefer wind turbines because their benefits are really cool.
