       I can confirm that turning off national alerts in GrapheneOS actually turns them off (my phone remained silent and didn't scream bloody murder like every other phone).This is only noteworthy because apparently stock firmware on most phones won't let you disable national alerts.

       @TonyG @ThorHammerfist I wrapped mine in aluminum foil and put it in the microwave while powered off. No notifications.
