Help please! I'm looking for an Android habit tracker/reminder with 2 properties:1. It doesn't use alarms, but notifications. I'm often in situations where having something sound continuously until I can turn it off isn't appropriate.2. It needs to carry on notifying me regularly (every 5-10 mins?) if I haven't marked the task as done yet.This brought to you be the need to remember to take #adhd meds at roughly the right time, but often not being able to take them at an _exact_ time....

@mavnn You can try using Google tasks, set up a repetitive task. As far as I know, tasks can alert you by displaying an alert on the home screen, no annoying sound.Free to use, but, yeah, sign with your blood the Google Plex contract.If no Google, try looking at the applications by Secuso, which are much more privacy respecting, as I believe they have a to do list application that may be close to what you are looking for.

If it doesn't exist, I'm just going to put it out there that this is something I'd be willing to pay an amount of actual money to have, and I'm sure I'm not alone 😁

@ParadeGrotesque thanks! Last time I tried Google Tasks they only notified once - I do need the repeated prods.I haven't come across Secuso, I'll have a look!

@mavnn Please note Secuso had made a ton of apps, but I am pretty sure they have a to do list in there.And I may be wrong as well...

@ParadeGrotesque it exists, and looks interesting. It's also a clean enough piece of example Android code that if it doesn't do what I want I'll have to sternly remind myself that I don't need another project to contribute to right now... I'm trying to remove friction, not add more side projects!
