My family is really going through it. In the last hour my puppy went through a full seizure. I was sitting upstairs with him trying to soothe him through the convulsions, just to have my youngest son make it past us and down the steps, then slip. When he stumbles its a warning and so I left my poor dog mid-seizure and ran down the steps in time to guide my son to the couch.He just had a full grand mal.It was about a minute long and he still is tremoring.I'm asking for your prayers.

Thank you to everybody who sent up prayers on my family's behalf. Puppy and my son are both sleeping. Both came out from their seizures okay, just tired and a bit disoriented at first.Letting them rest.These seizures are never easy to watch and I'm always afraid when they happen. 22/28 years my son's had them and I'm not used to them; 7/9 years for puppy- same thing. You think I'd be a pro by now.I sit with them, keep them from hurting themselves, and try to pray thorough my fears.

@vandys My dog is one of the very few with a genetic issue that renders him unable to process ivermectin, so it poisons him. He's taken it monthly for heartworm for years and these seizures are a result. I took him off recently but it will take time to "clear".My son is on meds that almost always work; it's been 4 years since his last seizure. Extreme stress, sugar and dehydration were the cause.What you pointed out is important-anyone with chronic asthma needs to check for mold, stat!

@1031 I have been battling for many years against the family curses, which are both spiritual and dysfunctional. My children's father's roots are in Transylvania and his grandmother was a medium. I didn't know this till after we were married.I pray unceasingly for the salvation of my family. Whenever it is rough I know things are happening. I can't understand everything right now in the midst of the battle, but one day it will all make sense.Some days are especially tough-like yesterday.
