@Schmilsson @Dan_Ramos I lived in China for 15 years and never saw either a bottle of soy sauce in a refrigerator or a bottle of soy sauce with mold.Is this a first world problem? Do you have super mold?

@istvan @Dan_Ramos i don’t know how it happened but i bought one of the big kikkoman bottles, filled the small bottle with it, closed it and left it in the cupboard. When i went back to refill (under a year iirc) it had mold. Ever since, i try to keep it in the fridge.

@istvan @Schmilsson I'm not sure I would trust any of the food in mainland China to be healthy or free of some sketchy preservatives too.
