       @Absolute_Salem I do broadcast engineering among other things. So I’ve had the displeasure to monitor these annual tests for the past few years. They are notoriously unreliable. Because it depends on a solid chain passing the message along via multiple mediums, it should be more reliable, but the fact is the equipment is poorly maintained except at large facilities with lots of eyeballs.  And, it’s designed to be narrowband audio. There’s no chance of high frequency tones making it through.

       @Absolute_Salem I would say that "high pitch scam" mentioned on NA is psyop.To deflect by ridicule from real danger.Danger is that all our fancy smart phones have deep inside uncontrollable cell modem.Small but empowered computer on it's own.Emergency signals&other spying methods can do with it whatever they will.Emergency test gives opening to the Gvt to temporarily or permanently alter this for whatever purposes(ex inject Gvt spy pre/post encryption,listen/video w/o your knowledge,embed virus)
