@freemo I grew up Jewish, and saw your “very fine people” with Confederate flags, swastikas and torches chanting “Jews will not replace us!” So please tell me all about how they’re so much less racist than the people bothered by them.

People who show swastikas do so explicitly as a symbol of hate... these two are not equivalent.

Educate yourself about the Lost Cause. Those statues are about Jim Crow. The statues were erected as monuments to suppression of the former slaves and their heirs.

I didnt say anything about statues, jim crow or anything else.The vast majority of people I've ever known who had a confederate flag abhored slavery, and dont see it in any way as a symbol intended to support the confederacy or slavery... Virtually all of them fly it, and see it, as a symbol of modern southern pride, nothing more nothing less.As for a side note, the native americans overwhelmingly fought on the side of the south, not the north. Largely because the north was seen as far far more brutal to the natives.
