       @TerriC Going by your words:  He should have been stopped using any force necessary, then immediately put in jail, then proceedings for death penalty. I don't agree with this concept that older children are recoverable once they have done any theft or assault because of the lack of a so called developed mind; I knew better then, just as much as now. They are useless and dangerous, and we don't need them alive.
