@lowqualityfacts I love the sprinkle of truth in these Satan is never actually named in the old testament. The word satan is mentioned but it's more of a concept to describe a person not the actual biblical devil

@lowqualityfacts And the devil was only first depicted as a bad guy in the 1980s. This was a time known as "the Satanic panic" because people were conflicted over whether Satan was good or evil.

@lowqualityfacts A common misconception. It was actually *Santa* who was first introduced in The Big Honey Hunt. The first mention of Satan was in Richard Scarry’s Big Busy Underworld.

@lowqualityfacts And fewer people also know that the Barenstain and the competing Berenstein franchises merged into the Berenstain we all know and love today in the so called "1974 Accords", where the two families agreed to merge their IPs into a single entity to better counter the rise of the cheaper (but higher quality) Japanese competitor; Bearu-san.

@lowqualityfacts indeed, we now know from previous erroneous mistranslations and misunderstandings, that the serpent in the garden was actually Adams emotional support animal. Again in the bible, the faithful snake appears to Moses and becomes his service animal, becoming his walking stick, and raised up, like forking its tongue, it forked the red sea for Moses, too.

@lowqualityfacts We all know that 'honey' is the fruit of the tree from the Edenic garden. So this makes sense.

@lowqualityfacts I looked this up and am pleased that there is a book called "The Great Honey Hunt" and doubly pleased that you misspelled 'Berenstain'

@lowqualityfacts Close...🙂 Blame it on Dante's 'Inferno'. That's actually where our visualized concepts of 'hell' came from. Hell is actually separation from God. Oh, and I am not a Christian, but I play one on TV.
