It’s still a problem because higher skilled jobs are reliant on lower processes to work. A surgeon will have a hard time if he keeps going into operations based on false positives that Dr. Juan keeps seeing. A pilot’s life is in the hands of the mechanics, whose job is reliant on the manufacturer/parts assembly factory workers.

How long do you think said company can operate when White's aren't there though? I don't doubt they'll try it, at a significant detriment to profit, lost time injuries and worker turnover I might add. The fastest way to lose competent employees is to surround them with incompetent ones. I use to run other mechanics off or leave a place after warning them. I got sick of having to do their work and mine. Same thing will happen, but by then it won't matter.
