       Made a Gnocchi side last week - cream sauce with bacon, mushrooms, and spinach.Super easy. Super tasty. Very filling.

       @DaddyO ooo that does look delicious! I've never tried to make gnocchi but I love it... do you have any tips, tricks, recipes for a newbie? I'm going to look into this

       @Rennegade It's really easy.  The only trick is that the gnocchi cooks really fast.  Add it to boiling water and after 3 or 4 minutes they come floating to the top and are ready to go.  I used a skimmer to scoop them off the top as they start floating.It's hard to go wrong.  I've usually done a cream sauce, with butter & cream & sautéed diced onion & garlic as a base, then add whatever else I want to it.  I'll post links to some Sam TCG vids I've tried with success.

       @Rennegade Definitely get most of the other stuff done FIRST before starting to cook the gnocchi - that's how fast it goes.
