Thinking about how toasters are generally different shapes depending on what bread in a given country looks like and how I'd they were invented today they'd all take proprietary bread that you could only buy as a subscription

@mjg59 You could always ask the author nicely. Not quite as good as a broad CC yes-D license, but one can't give all one's power to the commons if one is fighting for the commons, against others who are strip-mining the commons.
