Today's Saturday #brunch is shakshuka however.. I didn't have all the ingredients I had hatch chile and passilla.peppers. so this is a U.S. southwest version with cilantro but interestingly enough most of the same spices!

@craftyguy I'll try - my daughter always gets mad at me because she always asks for the recipe and I'm like 'uh.. each recipe is unique and in the moment! :D" - Let's see: 2 cans of 16oz san marzano tomatoes, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 large garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste, half a large onion, 1 blackened pasilla pepper, 1 or 2 hatch chile, chopped cilantro for garnish.1) fry onion, till soften, add the peppers and fry an additional 5-8 minutes
