A new disk for my collection of weird floppy disks: a Konica MD/10SV, from 1988. It looks just like an ordinary 5.25" floppy but has a capacity of around 10MB (10,752,000 bytes).

Also got the matching drive, a Konica KT-510 which has a SCSI interface. It appears to be brand new old stock. I might have to try hooking it up to an Apple II or something.

The drive cost $925 in 1988, including 2 disks. (source: Computer Shopper, February 1988 https://archive.org/details/computer-shopper-february-1988/page/256/mode/1up)
